Old Returns Page

We hope that you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us.
We gladly accept returns if contacted within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, we do not accept returns on:
  • customised/personalised orders 
  • digital downloads
  • gift cards
To request a return, email support@properconfetti.com with the following information included:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for Return
    Confirmation of your return request and details will be sent out to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. We advise using a tracked shipping option for your peace of mind.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us. We ask that you email us at support@properconfetti.com with your order number and a photo as proof of damage. We will do our best to get a replacement out to you asap, or if you prefer arrange a return/refund.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund minus the cost of delivery will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days or sooner. 
    There are some situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) 
    • Items with obvious signs of use 
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

    Exchanges 

    We do not offer exchanges. We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. All returned items will be inspected and refunded accordingly. 

    Gifts 

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
