Returns
We hope that you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I return an item?
• Visit your My Account and follow the steps on screen to login. You do not need to have registered an account beforehand.
• Find your order number
• Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping address and guidelines.
What items are returnable?
• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to open a return request
• Items must be unused and in the same condition your received it
• In the original packaging with tags/labels intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items outside of the 14 day Returns Policy
• Custom/Personalised orders
• Gift Cards
• Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us immediately via the Returns Centre where you will be able to upload photos and provide further details of the issue so we can look into this for you.
Can items be exchanged?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We will only replace items if they arrive faulty or damaged. All returned items will be inspected and refunded accordingly.
How do I ship back the items?
